In addition to these activations, I am actively shaping the launch of the Repeat Mobile App and an ambitious -unannounced- new business strategy.

I managed a team of community leaders tasked with delivering grassroots activations and Discord community programs, streamlining event operations and driving impactful storytelling across our events portfolio.

As the Founder of Carolina Gaming, I have built the leading gaming and esports platform of the Carolinas, launching media properties, and organizing grassroots events. I have also spearheaded partnerships, community programs, and creator initiatives that established Carolina Gaming as the hub for local gamers and a trusted partner for local businesses.

CARRY TEAM INVITATIONAL

Role: Campaign Lead & Executive Producer
The Problem — your everyday player doesn’t have a clear pathway to play with, or against, their favorite players.
The Solution
— build the pathway and make it fun for both creators/professionals + amateurs and make it a celebration.

The Carry Team Invitational (CTI) gives everyday joes an opportunity to play alongside their favorite professional players and earn ridiculous amounts of money for just playing two (2) games of Rocket League. The catch? These matches are bounty games where the pro player must carry their amateur player and accrue as much cash by completing bounties as possible. I manage this ongoing series and own all strategic relationships with our 3rd party partners to ensure all elements of this production are synonymous with prior productions and up to the PlayStation standard.

‘GONNA NEED MILK’ FALL FRENZY

Role: Campaign Lead & Executive Producer
The Problem — women in gaming don’t have the same opportunities to showcase their talent as men.
The Solution
— give women an exclusive opportunity to display their skill and personality in front of thousands.

The GonnaNeedMilk Fall Frenzy was an incredible showcase of women in gaming; from the all-women competition field to an all-women production for the event, the GonnaNeedMilk Fall Frenzy was the first-of-its-kind event in Fortnite. With 6x unique broadcast competitions culminating with a Grand Finals, the Fall Frenzy event propelled the women’s Fortnite scene forward and gave each a unique opportunity to showcase their skills to the world and earn their share of the $100,000 prize pool. I managed this program and led key partnerships with 3rd party partnerships to ensure its success.
